Nido Petroleum Ltd is an oil and gas explorer and producer with production and development assets in the Philippines and exploration acreage in the Southern Gas Basin of the North Sea.

On 15 February 2005, Nido announced that it had made a strategic investment in Cool Energy Ltd. This investment compliments Nido's value creation strategy to place a focus on the development of marginal gas fields in Australia and around the world.
